Adv. Vaibhav Chitlangia – Faculty, YES Academy

Vaibhav Chitlangia is a law graduate from ILS Law College, Pune, and a Company Secretary with All India Ranks at all three levels of the program. He secured All India Rank 15 in the Foundation Programme (June 2016), All India Rank 22 in the Executive Programme (June 2017), and All India Rank 4 in the Professional Programme (June 2018). In addition, he holds an LLM degree with specialization in Corporate Laws, a Diploma in Cyber Laws, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics.

You will experience the unique teaching style of Vaibhav, who is the only faculty at YES Academy to teach the entire 2nd group of CS Professional with unwavering passion and dedication. His students fondly call him Maseeha because of his ability to solve problems and be their go-to person for guidance and support. Vaibhav has also gained invaluable experience working with AZB & Partners, one of India’s leading law firms. There, he was part of the Securities and Regulatory Advisory team, advising high-profile clients from both India and abroad. Since 2018, he has been guiding CA, CS, and Law students and has taught students across the country. His areas of interest include Mergers and Amalgamations, Competition Laws, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

In addition to his professional expertise, Vaibhav has actively participated in various Moot Court, Negotiation, and Client Counselling Competitions, winning accolades at both state and national levels.
